The Audi Q2 brings you the comfort of the Audi A3, but with an added element of safety and a higher driving position and vantage point. The front seats are well-supported, comfortable and equipped with plenty of adjustment settings.

The rear seats, on the other hand, are not the most comfortable. Their upright design of the back seat makes it difficult for tall passengers to enjoy longer journeys. Reversing is trouble-free, thanks to the parking sensors are fitted to every Audi Q2 by default. Around town, performance from the 1.0-litre petrol engine in the 30 TFSI model is perfectly adequate. It has 110bhp and feels quick off the mark. The six-speed manual gearbox is light and easy to use. This is the only engine and gearbox combination available on the Technik trim.

On the motorway:
On the motorway the Audi Q2 feels like a bigger SUV, as it is stable and remains undisturbed by gusts of wind. The steering adds the sense of a solid, weighty car. At higher speeds the ride becomes smoother and makes the Audi Q2 a very effective car on our local roads. If you choose the optional adaptive suspension, the ride is even more indulging.
